Executive Vice President

Marc Labadie is Executive Vice President at RTD Financial Advisors, Inc.  Marc joined the firm in 2001, became an equity shareholder in 2009, and is currently a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He is actively involved in the leadership of the organization, serving as the chair of RTD’s Strategic Project, Governance, and Trust & Non-Profit Committees.  Marc is also a member of the firm's Finance, Investment Policy and Retirement Plan Committees.

He completed his Master of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning through his studies at the College for Financial Planning.  A graduate of the University of Delaware, Marc earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance with concentrations in Economics and Management Information Systems.  Since 2005, he has been a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner, using his diverse investment and financial planning experience to serve the needs of various entities and select high net worth families. 

Marc has also earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary™ professional designation, awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies.  Since 2007, he has used his formalized training in fiduciary best practices to benefit the fiduciaries of trusts, and boards and committees of both non-profit and for-profit organizations.  Regarded as a thought leader, he has been quoted in well-known publications such as the Wall Street Journal.

Marc resides in Downingtown, PA with his wife, Christine and their daughter, Lauren. They are supporters of charitable organizations close to their hearts, including The First Tee, the Alzheimer’s Association and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.  In his spare time, Marc enjoys spending time with his family at the Delaware beaches. He is an avid golfer, and enjoys boating, fishing, travel and attending Phillies games.
